In this session, we'll explore effective strategies for expanding your Early College program, with an emphasis on recruitment, student support, and measurable impact. At Kelvyn Park High School, our program is twenty times larger than it was three years ago. We'll highlight approaches for sustainable, long-term growth and share insights on effectively supporting English Learners in college courses. Additionally, we'll discuss ways to strengthen equity within the program to ensure all students succeed.
