During this session Counselors will have an opportunity to participate in a panel discussion about National Board Certification (NBCT). The panel will provide an opportunity for the audience to hear first hand about what to expect if they pursue certification. Participants will hear from Mentors, Candidates going through the 2 year program, and recently certified NBCTs who participated in the district's Nurturing Teacher Leadership (NTL) Program. Stop by for a candid conversation about the pros and cons of pursuing certification.
