We will discuss how to make improvements in your school climate and culture by utilizing data from 5 Essential Surveys and Needs Assessments to see how students are feeling about their interactions teachers and peers. We will then discuss Tier 1, 2 and 3 interventions to increase kindness in your school building and with individual students.
